With no regular cars on the land, walkable streets, organic growing, cleaner food standards, less waste, and a lower daily footprint, the community is intended to support a calmer and more neighborly way of life. Shared spaces, local events, and a village-scale layout help create a place that feels welcoming, active, and easier to live in.
Streets
Walk more. Worry less. Full-size cars remain outside the community in a dedicated parking area. Residents use their electric carts within the village and to reach their cars when needed. This creates a neighborhood that is better suited to walking, biking, pets, children, slower movement, and quieter streets.
Organic
Cleaner food. Cleaner ground. Organic fruits and vegetables are intended to grow throughout the community and be available for residents to pick and enjoy. Food service and delivery standards are intended to favor less processing, fewer artificial additives, no high-fructose corn syrup where possible, fewer chemical-heavy ingredients, and simpler daily food choices.
Life
Less waste. Lower footprint. City of Dreams is intended to support greener daily systems through the design of the neighborhood itself. This includes electric carts, reduced plastic use, glass containers where possible, walkable planning, and lower-impact daily routines. Green living here is meant to feel natural, not complicated.
